DELIVERY
Packages are shipped within 3 to 5 days from Paris. They are then dropped off at La Poste by the COLISSIMO service, which handles the shipping.
Metropolitan France: 48 hours (2 business days).
International: 4 to 8 days depending on the destination.
Follow your order: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois with the Colissimo tracking number provided in the shipping email. Delivery is against signature.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. Shipping is free throughout mainland France.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In accordance with the provisions of Article L-121-21 of the Consumer Code, once the order is received you have a period of fourteen clear days to exercise your right of retraction.
1. This period runs from the receipt of your order.
2. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but in the case of an exchange, you do not pay the shipping fees for your new order.
3. Please note that returned items must not have been worn, used, or washed.
4. Items with removed tags and in poor condition cannot be returned.
5. Anne-Sophie d’Amiens reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
For France: You return your item by mail.

Please indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please specify this in your return package.
In the case of an exchange, please be sure to specify the size you would like to get. Exchanges are only available for the same models in different sizes.
REFUND PERIODS
You will receive an automated email to notify you when the refund has been processed.
Allow approximately ten business days from receipt of your return for the department to process your request.
